Being out of town, we interviewed a number of realtors, and Amy was the only one with whom we were comfortable, and she didn't disappoint. She helped transition the renter out of our condo during very trying pandemic circumstances, working with us and the renter like a property manager would. She then staged the condo beautifully, coordinated required maintenance, got it painted, and actually made it ready for sale. She sold it within a couple of days!
